Bircher Muesli with Medjool Dates

Ingredients:
1 packet Gaby’s Muesli (no added sugar) 
1kg Mundella Greek Yoghurt Vanilla
1 to 1½ cups Milk
300ml Cream (optional)
6 Medjool Dates Chopped

Method:
Mix the oats with the yoghurt, milk and cream. Cover and leave to soak overnight. Add chopped dates to your bowl as you serve. This will keep for 4 – 5 days covered in the fridge and makes lots – probably enough for 4 serves over 3 or 4 days.

Serves: 4
