Ingredients:
1 bunch Fresh Kale
2 tablespoons Wellyboot Olive Oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Method:
Preheat oven 150 degrees. Wash and chop kale into ‘chip’ size pieces. Line a baking tray with glad bake. Scatter kale chips on tray. Please only do this in a single layer. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Stir once during the cooking time. They are so good for you and remember not to tell the kids that they are kale. Just say they are ‘green’ chips!
