Chicken Parmigiana Sausage Bake

1 packet of Drovers Chicken Parmigiana Sausage
2 large brown onions roughly chopped
6 to 8 large ripe tomatoes roughly chopped
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Salt and pepper
½ cup fresh chopped basil
Knob of butter

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Lay the onions and tomatoes in a deep baking tray. Season with salt and pepper and add the knob of butter. Place the uncooked sausages on top and cover with foil to seal the dish. Cook for approx 35 to 40 minutes and remove. Sprinkle cheese over the sausages and place in the oven uncovered and bake until browned.  Remove and sprinkle with the fresh basil.  *These sausages have very little fat and are ideal for this type of dish
