Citrus Glazed Ham Baked Ham

1 x Plantagenet ‘Make your own Ham’ Ham
Salt and pepper
250 ml Orange Juice Freshly Squeezed
2 Oranges cut in half 
2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Sugar.

Ham Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place Ham on a roasting tray, cover with baking paper then aluminium foil and roast for 30 minutes per 500 grams. With 15 minutes to go take Ham out of oven uncover it and coat with Citrus Glaze and place back in oven. Remove from oven and rest before serving.

Glaze Method:
Squeeze the juice out of the 2 oranges and place the whole oranges in the saucepan with the juice, sugar and honey. Simmer for at least 45 minutes so the syrup thickens and reduces.
