1 packet of sausages of your choice
(We recommend Outback Company’s Beef BBQ, Chicken Parmagiana sausages, or Mt Barker Free Range Chicken Kransky sausage)
500 grams of mushrooms of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Roughly chop your mushrooms and fry in a pan with the butter. Season to taste. Either oven bake your sausages in a covered baking tray on 200 degrees for approx half an hour or pan fry to your liking. Serve the sausages and mushrooms with your favourite eggs and crusty bread.
