Ingredients:
8 slices white bread
6 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Maple Syrup, to serve
Cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
Knob of butter
Method:
In a large bowl lightly beat the eggs, milk, sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar together until well combined. Preheat a non stick frying pan with a light rub of butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mix until well coated on both sides. Place bread straight into the warm pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides of the bread. This should take approx 2-3 mins. Serve with a shake of cinnamon and drizzle of maple syrup. Great with bacon and eggs!
