Ingredients:
1 cup of Olympic Rolled Oats
1 cup of milk or
Water
Honey to taste
3 Granny Smith Apples Cored and Sliced
Cinnamon to taste
Butter
Method:
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place your sliced apples on the tray. Dot some butter around sprinkle with honey and cinnamon. Place in a 180 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
In a microwave or pot cook the oats with the milk and water till tender. When apples are cooked to your liking stir the apples through the hot porridge and serve.
