Piri Piri Chicken Cottage Pie

1 Packet Piri Piri Chicken Splits
2 Leeks
1 Broccoli
6 Potatoes
1 Sweet Potato
1 Cup of Tasty Cheddar Cheese

White Sauce
250ml Milk
2 Tblspn Cornflour
1 Tblspn Butter Salt and Pepper to taste

Place chicken in oven and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees. Sauté leeks until soft. Boil and mash potatoes and sweet potatoes. Make white sauce. Par cook your broccoli. Blend the cornflour with a little milk to a paste then heat the rest of the milk with the butter in a pan until almost boiling. Drizzle in the paste, stirring constantly until thickened. Leave as a simple white sauce or stir through the parsley or mustard. Layer your baking tray with broccoli first then followed by your chicken (which you have stripped off the bone) then white sauce followed by your mash. Top with Tasty Cheddar Cheese and back into the oven until cheese is golden brown. Approx 20-25 minutes
