8 slices white bread
8 rashers of bacon
¼ cup milk
Salt & pepper, to taste
In a large bowl lightly beat the eggs & milk together until well combined. Season with salt & pepper.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan with a light rub of butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mix until well coated on both sides. Place bread straight into the warm pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides of the bread. This should take approx 2-3 mins. Serve with crispy bacon rashers and drizzle with maple syrup.
