6 field mushrooms
1 tbsp whipping cream
2 cups grated tasty cheese
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup chopped spring onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oven to 250 degrees. Remove stalks from the mushrooms and place upside down on a papered baking tray. Mix all ingredients together. Place in mushroom cups, don’t overstuff with ingredients. Bake in an oven for 15 minutes.
