Lemon Haloumi Avocado on Turkish Bread

400g Haloumi
1/4  cup Lemon Juice
1 Avocado
Turkish Bread
Olive Oil

Heat oil in pan. Place Haloumi in hot pan (or under a grill) and cook until golden. While the Haloumi is hot drizzle lemon juice on it and place on warm Turkish bread followed by sliced avocado. Salt and Pepper to taste and you’re done!
