Smokey Canadian BBQ Thighs

Ingredients:
1 packet of chicken thighs (approx 1.5kg) 
1 bottle Café 26 Smokey BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
½ cup maple syrup

Method:
Toss the chicken in the ginger, garlic, sauce and maple syrup. Marinate for at least half an hour, but better still overnight. Heat the oven to 250° and cook the chicken in a lined baking dish for 25 – 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and caramelised on top. Serve with salad and crusty bread.

Serves: 4-6
