Ingredients:
1 loaf Turkish bread
3 cups grated cheddar
2 cups chopped spring onions
1 finely chopped mild chorizo
1 cup diced bacon
½ jar Crunch Preserves of your choice
1 beaten egg
Method:
Place the Turkish bread into a 250° oven for 5 minutes to crisp. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients together then sprinkle these over the Turkish bread. Place back into the oven on a baking sheet for approx. 15 minutes or until the top is starting to golden.
