Hearty Mushroom & Bacon Brunch

1 loaf Turkish bread   
1 splash olive oil
4 cups sliced mushrooms       
1 tsp butter
1 cup diced bacon         
Pinch lemon pepper
1 cup sliced brown onions

Heat  a fry pan or wok. Add oil and butter. Sauté onions and bacon for a few minutes until onions soften.  Add mushrooms and lemon pepper, sauté for a few minutes. Serve on hot Turkish bread for a great brunch.
