Peach & Prosciutto Salad

2 tubs grape tomatoes, sliced in half
4 peaches, diced yellow or white fleshed
1 red onion, finely sliced
½ cup sheep feta crumbled
1 bottle Honey Balsamic Dressing
1 packet of prosciutto torn into pieces
1 bag of baby spinach

Cooking Method:
Toss all ingredients together & dress with the honey balsamic dressing.

Serves: 4-6
