Sizzling Schnitzel with a Splash of Lemon

1 packet of Schnitzels
Dob of butter 
Splash of Rice Bran Oil
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat your frypan and add the oil and butter. Cook the schnitzels until golden brown on each side then squeeze with fresh lemon juice, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and serve with your favourite veggies or salad.

Serves: 3-4
