Sizzling Schnitzel with Avocado

Ingredients:
1 packet of Schnitzels
Dob of butter 
Splash of Rice Bran oil
2 avocados
½ lemon, squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Method:
Heat your frypan and add the oil and butter. Cook the schnitzels until golden brown on each side. Meanwhile scoop out the avocado flesh and mash together with the lemon juice and season to taste. Serve the schnitzels smeared with the avocado and your favourite salad.

Serves: 3 to 4
