Ingredients:
1 bag cos lettuce, torn or chopped
3 mangoes, diced
3 avocados, diced
¼ cup basil, chopped
1 packet of prosciutto, torn or chopped into small pieces
1 cup croutons
Café 26 Tangy dressing
Preparation Method:
Layer the ingredients in a flat salad bowl in the order listed. Drizzle with the dressing just before serving. Delicious with seafood, salmon or BBQ.
