Sweet & Sour Mango Salad

½ bag mesculin salad leaves
2 mangoes, diced
2 paprika finely sliced 
2 Lebanese cucumbers diced
½ cup pepita seeds

½ cup light olive oil
2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoon honey
Juice of 2 lemons or to taste

Preparation Method:
Arrange salad in layers on a platter. Sprinkle with the pepita seeds and serve with the dressing.
