½ packet of salad mix, spinach or rocket
1-2 bunches asparagus chopped
¾ cup bacon chopped
2 avocados chopped into chunks
½ punnet grape tomatoes chopped
Salt & pepper
Cape Naturaliste caramelised balsamic vinegar
Fry or bake the bacon until crisp then drain off the oil. Mix all of the salad ingredients together in a serving bowl then drizzle over the dressing and season with salt & pepper.
Serves: 4 – 6
