COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Dear Community,

We‘d like to thank you for continuing to shop at the Farmers Market and in particular for doing so in a kind and considerate way.

At Bunbury Farmers Market, we’re committed to helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19, whilst remaining open for all your essential fresh food needs. Our network of reliable local growers and producers means that we have a strong supply of fresh produce and are able to continue trading without stock issues. We encourage people to be considerate when shopping, and only purchase what is required. Put simply, there is plenty for everyone and we will remain open, so please purchase as you normally would.

Our trading hours will remain unchanged.

Here are a few things to consider when shopping safely with us:

Face Masks – Face masks are currently required in all indoor public venues in the South West, including Bunbury Farmers Market.

Contact Tracing – We have placed plenty of SafeWA QR codes around the market for you to scan when you arrive, including on our trolley handles. If you do not have the app, we also have a paper contact tracing register at both entrances to the market.

Hand Sanitiser – We have automated sanitising stations at both entrances, as well as around the market for your convenience.

Trolley Cleaning – Our trolley handles are cleaned after each use, however we also provide trolley wipes for your peace of mind.

Social Distancing – A friendly reminder to keep a 1.5m (roughly a trolley length) distance between yourself and others guests/staff.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and support in these unusual times. We will keep you updated with any further developments as they occur, in the meantime please stay safe and take care – we’re all in this together!
