COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:
500 gram packet Mt Barker Free Range Chicken Mince
2 Tbsp Ebisu Sushi Japanese Premium Sauce
1 Bunch Chopped Chives
2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
1 cup Fresh White Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Method:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Wet hands and roll Meatballs with about a teaspoon of mixture. Continue rolling Chicken mixture until all gone. Place in hot Chicken Soup and cook for about  8-10 minutes. Serve with soup.

Serves: 4-6

Cheeky Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients:
3 cups chicken finely sliced (can be breast or thigh)
1 cup chopped broccoli or baby broccoli
1 cup chopped spring onions
1 cup mushrooms or exotic mushrooms of your choice
1 cup yellow capsicum sliced
1 cup red capsicum sliced
½ cup Ebisu Japanese Teriyaki or Premium sauce
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 splash Rice Bran Oil
1 small packet of Winko noodles washed in cold water and drained.
Splash of water

Method:
Heat the wok with the oil until its smoking hot, then add the chicken, ginger and garlic and stir till sealed, add the veggies and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the sauce, mix through and add the noodles and a splash of water. Stir and serve immediately.

Serves: 4

Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
1 pack chicken thigh fillets
1 bottle Ebisu Japanese premium sauce
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees & line a baking tray with Glad baking paper. Mix garlic, ginger & sesame seeds together with the Ebisu Japanese sauce. Dip thigh fillets in marinade & place on the baking tray. Cook in the hot oven for 25 minutes until chicken is brown. Serve with Jasmine steamed rice & a side salad of your choice.  *Note: Marinate chicken for a minimum of one hour if time permits.

Serves: 4-6
