COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Creamy Apple Porridge

Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats 
2 – 3 cups of milk
3 Gala apples, cubed
Agave or maple syrup to taste 
Cream to serve

Method:
Place the oats, milk and apples into a pan and cook over medium-low heat stirring regularly until soft and creamy, approximately 10 – 15 minutes. If it begins to dry out add extra milk or water. Add agave or maple syrup to taste and top with cream.

Serves: 3-4

Porridge with Cranberries

Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats 
1½ cups of milk + extra if required
½ cup Adam & Eve Mixed Frozen Cranberries
Maple syrup to taste if required

Method:
Place the oats and milk into a pan and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until cooked, approx. 5 minutes. Add extra milk (or water) if necessary and follow instructions on the packet if you’d prefer to use the microwave. When porridge is cooked to your liking add berries gently fold through. Serve drizzled with maple syrup.

Serves: 3-4

Cherry Maple Porridge

Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats 
1½  cups of milk + extra if required
1 cup cherries
Maple syrup to taste

Method:
Place the oats and milk into a pan and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until cooked, approx. 5 minutes. Add extra milk (or water) if necessary and follow instructions on the packet if you’d prefer to use the microwave. 
Squash the cherries with the side of a large knife and remove the seeds. Place the cherry flesh and juice into the porridge and cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve drizzled with maple syrup.

Serves: 3-4
