Ingredients:
3 Navel Oranges peeled and cut into small pieces
4 handfuls of mesculin or baby spinach salad leaf mix
1 red capsicum sliced finely into 1cm pieces
½ cup pepitas or other nut of your choice
100 grams of Tasmanian feta chopped or crumbled.
Cape Naturaliste Caramelized Balsamic vinegar to taste
Preparation Method:
Mix all salad ingredients together and toss with the balsamic at the last minute. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and serve.
Serves: 4
