Ingredients: 
1 kg ripe tomatoes, diced
2 mangoes, sliced and diced
4 peaches, diced
1 red onion, finely sliced
½ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
Yarra Valley Mango & Sweet Chilli Salad Splash
 
Method:
Prepare all ingredients as above then gently toss together in a salad bowl. Dress with Mango & Sweet Chilli Salad Splash to your liking. Enjoy on its own or serve with Mt Barker Peri Peri or Moroccan Split chicken.
