COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Paddy’s Potato Bake

Ingredients:
1 packet pork sausages
6 potatoes, chopped finely
2 onions, sliced
1 fennel bulb, sliced
3 apples cut finely
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons tarragon or flat leaf parsley
Drizzle of olive oil

Method:
Toss all veggies in butter and oil & place in a lined baking tray. Lay sausages over the top of the veggies & drizzle with a little oil. Cover with foil and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Remove foil & continue cooking uncovered for a further 20 minutes. Serve with a side of veggies.

Serves: 4
