500 grm Linley Valley Pork Fillet
2 cups Cream
1 cup Natures Delight Pitted Prunes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In an oven proof dish place your pork scotch fillets. Cover with cream and scatter the prunes over the top. Cover with gladbake then alfoil and place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover your pork and cook for a further 30 minutes or until the cream reduces. Serve with pasta and a fresh green salad.
