1 packet penne pasta
4 cups vegetable of your choice, sliced
1 tub Bunbury Farmers Market Basil Pesto
¼ cup grated parmesan
Toasted Sliced Almonds
Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook. Meanwhile steam the vegetables. Drain the pasta. Toss the vegetables through the pasta. Add the pesto and parmesan and combine well. Serve topped with toasted sliced almonds.
