Chicken Ravioli with Mushroom & Leek Sauce

2 Tbsp Butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
300ml cream
1 Leek
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Chives, to garnish
Splash of dry white wine (optional)
Packet Mancini chicken ravioli

Melt butter in pan. Add mushrooms, leek and garlic. Sauté until soft, add wine, cream salt and pepper. Simmer until reduced (can add a little flour to thicken) serve with chicken ravioli and top with fresh parmesan and chives.
