8 Packham pears chopped
200gm walnut halves
1 Holy Smoke smoked chicken breast chopped
½ cup shaved parmesan
Extra shaved parmesan for decorating
300ml sour cream
½ jar Maille horseradish and Dijon blend
½ cup SW mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of chives chopped
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Add all of the salad ingredients to the bowl and gently toss. Scatter extra shaved parmesan over the top and serve.
