COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Michelle Taylor’s Marinated Chicken Salad

Ingredients for Chicken:
4 chicken thighs, fat trimmed and cut into large bite sized pieces
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce 
Splash soy sauce
Splash Worcestershireo sauce
Splash tomato sauce
Drizzle of golden syrup 
Salt and pepper
1 tsp crushed garlic 
Olive oil spray for frying

Ingredients for Salad:
2-3 handfuls rocket
4 strawberries, sliced
1/2 an avocado, sliced
2 sm tomatoes, quartered
12 blueberries
1/2 capsicum, sliced
1/4 cucumber, sliced
10 snow peas, sliced

Method for Chicken:
Mix all marinade ingredients together well. 
Add chicken. Marinate in fridge for 1-3 hours depending on time available. 
Fry chicken in sprayed pan until cooked through. 
Serve with salad. 

Method for Salad: 
Mix all salad ingredients together. 

Serves: 2
