Meatloaf with BBQ Sauce

Meatloaf Ingredients:
500g sausage mincen500g minced steakn1 cup fresh breadcrumbsn2 onionsn2 teaspoons curry powdernsalt, peppern1 tablespoon chopped parsleyn1 eggn½ cup milkn½ cup water

Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup watern½ cup tomato saucen¼ cup Worcestershire saucen2 tablespoons vinegarn¼ cup brown sugarn1 teaspoon instant coffee powdern30g buttern2 tablespoons lemon juice

Meatloaf Method:
Combine all ingredients (except milk and water) and mix together well. Gradually add milk and water, continue beating until mixture is smooth. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish, bake in a moderate oven for 30 mins, take out and drain off excess fat, return to oven for a further 45 mins, basting frequently with sauce.

Sauce Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan, bring slowly to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes.

Serves: 4-6
