Ingredients:
6 field mushrooms                       
1 egg
2 cups grated tasty cheese           
1 tbsp whipping cream
1 cup chopped ham                     
1 cup chopped spring onions
Salt and pepper

Method:
Mix ingredients together. Place in mushroom cups. Bake in an oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serves: 2-3
