Ingredients:
Cheeky Brother’s Margherita Pizza Base
1 x can Lobueno Sardines in Olive Oil
½ red onion, sliced finely
½ cup red capsicum, finely sliced
Sprinkle of parmesan cheese, shaved
Handful of chopped fresh parsley
Handful Fresh Rocket
Salt and Pepper
 
Method:
Heat the oven to 210°. Place pizza base on a tray and top with red onion, capsicum, sardines and sprinkle with parmesan. Place in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes until cooked through and cheese is golden. Top with fresh rocket and fresh parsley.
   
Serves: 4-6
