COVID-19 – Advice for Customers

Marmalade Chicken

1 Pkt Mt Barker Free Range Drumsticks
8 Naval Oranges sliced in rings 
2 tablespoons Honey
4 Cardamom pods cracked
1 dessert spoon Cornflour
2 cups Orange Juice

In an oven proof dish, layer half the orange slices followed by the chicken legs, honey  and cardamom pods. Top the drumsticks with the remainder of the orange slices.  Baked covered in an oven 180 degrees for 45 minutes. 
In a bowl combine cornflour with a little of the orange juice. Make a paste. On top of the stove warm remainder of orange juice and stir adding cornflour mixture.  Stir until orange juice thickens. Pour over chicken and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
