Whittington’s Five spice
Rice bran oil
Preheat oven to 200 degrees & line a baking tray with Glad baking paper. Smear oil, salt & five spice on both sides of pork strips & place on the baking tray. Cover ribs in alfoil & cook in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Turn ribs & cook uncovered for a further 15 minutes until the pork is brown. Serve with Jasmine steamed rice & a side salad of your choice.
