Smoked Salmon Dip (w/Huon Deli Pieces)

Ingredients:
500g softened cream cheese
250 grams Cold Smoked Salmon Deli Pieces
1 jar Crunch tomato relish
6 spring onions
lemon juice from half a lemon
pinch of cracked pepper
pinch of sea salt

Method:
Blend all the above ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. 
Serve with your favourite crackers or toasted Turkish bread.

Serves: 4-6
