Made to Order Terms & Conditions

Please see below for the terms & conditions for our Made to Order service:

  1. The Bunbury Farmers Market Made to Order service is only available at Bunbury Farmers Market.
  2. Products are subject to availability.
  3. Numbers of servings are for guidance only. Products supplied accord with the written description. Any garnish, decoration serving dishes or utensils are not included, unless stated in the product description.
  4. Products shown may not be actual size.
  5. In the event of supply / production difficulties or discontinued products, we reserve the right to offer alternative goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
  6. Prices and weights are a guide only and may be subject to change. If the price of a particular product is more than stated, you have the right to cancel your order for that product with no obligation and a refund will be made.
  7. Products containing alcohol can only be sold for collection by people aged 18 or over.
  8. If you have a question or query about our Made to Order products & service, please contact us during Bunbury Farmers Market shop opening hours either in person at the Guest Services Desk or over the phone on (08) 9724 2901. Please note the Guest Services phone line will not be attended outside of normal shop opening times.
  9. Orders must be collected from the Guest Services desk during normal Bunbury Farmers Market shop opening hours. Please elect your preferred time of collection whilst placing your online order. Please bring your order confirmation details (including your name and order number) with you to collect your order.
  10. If you are unable to collect your order on the elected day, please contact the Bunbury Farmers Market Guest Services desk in person or over the phone on (08) 9724 2901 during shop opening hours. We reserve the right to dispose of orders which are not collected on the elected day.
