How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1) Purchase any three (3) participating Jarlsberg products (see Participating Products) in one (1) transaction in store at a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period and retain an original receipt as proof of purchase (the Qualifying Transaction); and
2) Visit www.bunburyfarmersmarket.com.au/jarlsberg-promotion-2026/ or scan the QR code displayed on promotional materials and complete and submit the online entry form including full name, telephone number, email address, suburb, postcode, state of residency, date of birth, Participating Venue of purchase and upload a scanned copy or photo of the original receipt as evidence of the Qualifying Transaction.
Purchase receipts must clearly specify the Participating Venue, Participating Products purchased, transaction total, tax invoice number and that the Qualifying Transaction was made during the Promotional Period. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Entries Permitted
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:
a) only one (1) x entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction;
b) only one (1) x entry is permitted per person per day;
c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements in How to Enter.
Maximum of one (1) Prize per person.
Prize Pool
Two (2) x Prizes valued at AUD $500.00 each (one (1) Prize per Participating Venue).Total promotion Prize Pool valued at AUD $1,000.00.
Prize Description
Each Prize is a Bunbury Farmers Market Gift Card(s) to the value of AUD $500.00
Gift Cards can be redeemed in store at Bunbury Farmers Market Participating Venues. Gift cards cannot be used for online orders.
Each Gift Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance will be void.
Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
A Prize or any unused portion of a Prize, is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or transferable, unless otherwise specified.
Prizes will be available for collection by the winners from the Participating Venue of entry within 7 days of the Prize draw.
Draw Details
The Prize draw will take place at Bunbury Farmers Market Head Office, 2 Vittoria Road, Glen Iris at 11:00am AWST on Monday 17th August 2026.One (1) Prize will be drawn for each Participating Venue. The first valid entry drawn for each Participating Venue will be the winner of a Prize.
All Prizes will be drawn via computer generated random draw.
Winner Notification
The Winners will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and the Winners’ surname, first initial, and suburb will be published on www.bunburyfarmersmarket.com.au/jarlsberg-promotion-2026/ by Wednesday 19th August 2026.
Unclaimed Prizes
All Prizes must be claimed by 11:00 am AWST on Wednesday 30th September 2026. In the event of any unclaimed Prizes, a second chance draw will take place on Friday 2nd October 2026 at the same time and location as the original draw. The winners of the redraw will be contacted by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the date of the redraw and the Winners’ surname, first initial and suburb will be published on Tuesday 6th October 2026.
1. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read the agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including as set out in the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these provisions have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
3. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (the Promotional Period).
4. Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Prize Provider, Participating Venues and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: parent, sibling, child or spouse/partner.
6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each Winner.
7. If any Winner chooses not to take their Prize, or does not take or claim a Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
8. If a Prize or any element of a Prize becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Prize Provider may substitute the Prize or element of the Prize to a Prize of equal or greater value at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that a Prize or elements of a Prize have been substituted at equal or greater value.
9. The Prizes or any unused portion of the Prizes, are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or transferable, unless otherwise specified and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
10. The value of the Prizes is accurate at the date of publication. The Prize Provider accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes after that date.
11. No entry fee is charged by the Promoters to enter the Promotion.
12. Each Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, proof of purchase, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this Promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the Promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and the Prize Provider (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
(e) participation in or use of the Prize.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Provider accept no responsibility and exclude all liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or death arising from or in connection with the Prize.
16. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winners and any other person(s) sharing the Prizes with any of the Winners may be required by the Promoter and/or Prize Provider, to sign an agreement to release and indemnify the Promoter and/or Prizer Provider in respect to Prize acceptance and use/participation in the Prize.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter and/or the Prize Provider publishing their surname, first initial and suburb of residence.
18. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
19. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.bunburyfarmersmarket.com.au/privacy-policy/In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
20. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
