FAQs

What Are Your Trading Hours?

We’re open 7 days a week! You can check our locations page for details on the opening hours of each of our stores.

Do You Deliver?

We’re not equipped to offer a delivery service that would meet the expectations of our guests, therefore we are focused on ensuring our in-store experience is the best it can possibly be.

Can I Order My Shopping Online?

Whilst we don’t have an online order service for general groceries, we do have a range of platters, salads and desserts that can be ordered online and collected in-store. You can also preorder your coffee, as well as a range of snacks online.

Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased in store, or online. If you’re purchasing online, you can either collect from one of our stores, or we can post it out to your or your chosen recipient. At this stage our gift vouchers are physical and we don’t have an option for email gift vouchers.

Can I Bring My Dog?

Whilst we love your furry friends, we don’t allow them inside the market for food safety reasons (with the exception of assistance animals, of course).

At our Bunbury store we provide a small shelter on the lawn where your four legged friends can enjoy some fresh air.

Do you have parking for guests with trailers or caravans?

Yes! Our Bunbury store has some end-to-end bays near the rear of the car park, whilst our Vasse store has dedicated parking for guests with trailers or caravans.

Do you offer a seniors discount?

Yes, we offer 5% off selected fresh produce for concession card holders every Tuesday.

Where else can I buy your 100% Market Made products?

To ensure we can guarantee the quality and freshness of our products, we don’t supply them to any other retailers. They’re only available from Bunbury Farmers Market stores.

What are you doing to reduce single-use plastic?

We’re continuously researching new packaging options for all of our products and whilst it may not always be obvious, there is progress being made. There is a long way to go, but as an example we have changed to using compostable pulp bases on a lot of our trays, rather than plastic.

We’re also one of the few places where you can buy pre-packed fruit and vegetables in cardboard boxes, rather than plastic bags or punnets. Our guests are also able to leave these boxes at the checkout and we will reuse them, extending their life before the cardboard is recycled.

It’s a difficult balance to find packaging for our products that is both environmentally friendly and also maintains the freshness of our products that our guests expect, but it is something that we’re working very hard on behind the scenes, and we look forward to lots of positive changes in the future.
