Blackwood Valley Beef has been awarded not just one, but three major titles at the Perth Royal Food Awards: Champion Grass-Fed Beef, Champion Single Origin Beef, and Champion WA Beef.
These awards recognise producers who excel in taste, tenderness, juiciness and overall eating experience with these attributes judged by experts in the field.
The win is a testament to years of dedication by the Pensini family in Boyup Brook, including Warren Pensini.
“Producing consistent grass-fed beef in WA isn’t easy. We’ve invested a lot into regenerating our pastures and refining our system, so it’s incredibly rewarding to see that recognised,” says Warren.
